At j3 plumbing and Heating we take care of all your servicing and repair needs. We are happy to sort out your leaky taps or blocked drains and our fully qualified engineers will carry our full servicing and repairs on all your gas appliances including boiler systems for water and central heating, cookers, fires and water heaters.
All gas appliances should be serviced annually to keep them in optimum condition, enhance their life expectancy and keep them within the manufacturers’ warranty. A faulty gas appliance can be hazardous and can leak carbon monoxide. Regular servicing can help to minimise the risk. Our engineers will assess the physical condition of the appliance, installation pipework, air vents and any flues for deterioration. They will carry out performance tests and take any necessary remedial action.
Your home is more energy efficient and you can save pounds each month on your gas and electricity bills if you up-grade your old boiler and keep it regularly serviced.
