Things started a little under 100 years ago when our parent company Tippers was founded as a builder's merchant in Lichfield. Since then we've expanded to 7 branches around the West Midlands with dedicated plumbing counters at most stores. We know that plumbers need that extra attention to detail and advice that they can only get from specialised staff, and it is this approach that we hope to emulate with our online presence.
