We at CMI are Gas Safe, Gas safe Registered 528120, formerly with Corgi for over ten years, with over ten years experience with City and Guilds Registrations and qualifications.
All our heating engineers have over fourteen years experience working domestically and commercially throughout London. We also cover all electrical work, all of our engineers are fully qualified and have at least Seven years experience in the electrical industry.
CMI specialise in all property maintenance, and offer a full range of maintenance services for domestic and commercial properties. CMI are specialists in project management delivering a wide range of projects, whether it be a large plant room overhaul, a new bathroom installation or redecoration works to your home, we are experts in coordinating our resources to ensure delivery on time and to budget.
