WiltshireHad an emergency (leaking valve on a radiator). I was lead to believe that the 'Local plumber" called would not be in reality a service centre! I do not begrudge the engineers fee (although expensive) for his work undertaken. However, the £144 coordinating fee is excessive from the service centre; more than the Engineers services and not local!. I live in Salisbury and Engineer came from Southampton!!
