The engineers were very reliable, friendly and knowledgeable. When he came to give a quote he was on time and explained exactly what he would do, where the pipework would go and what we would get. When they got to do the job they were again on time, and phoned a couple of days before to confirm details. I was surprised that they worked all day and only stopped for 15 minutes at dinnertime.
Overall very impressed and highly recommended. Your engineer was a real star. I needed to be able to go out in a hurry to pick up my daughter. He completed the job in an amazingly short time and was polite and professional throughout.
