At Oxer & Sons Ltd Heating and Plumbing Services we believe that you deserve a great service at a fair price. That’s why we don’t try and trick you with hidden extras or additional fees. We offer transparent, easy-to-understand formal quotations, so that you know exactly what you’re getting, and what you’re paying for. This commitment to giving you a fair deal that leads to so many of our customers referring us to their friends, colleagues and neighbours. In fact, that’s where most of our work comes from!
We will always provide a formal quotation to customers (signed and accepted by both us and yourself) before we start work. The quotation will contain a full breakdown of materials and labour required for the job in question. All materials used on a job will be charged at cost plus 10%. Any individual material or item with a cost price of £100.00 or more, will be agreed with the customer in advance before installation.
