Solaris is a newly formed company with more than 30 years of experience in various plumbing, heating and engineering fields. We aim to offer a more customer orientated approach to plumbing and heating. We want to rid Kent of the image of plumbers and heating engineers as rude and offensive rip-off merchants, driving clapped out old Transits, always turning up late and suffering from the proverbial builders bottom! Based in Chatham, we work throughout the Medway towns including Rochester, Gillingham, Rainham and Strood.
We also cover the Swale district towns of Sittingbourne and Sheerness. Consideration will be given to customers outside of the areas so your welcome to call us if you are outside of these boundaries. Whatever your needs are, from a boiler service to full central heating system and from tap washer to full bathroom suite, we can provide a competitive quote. If you are satisfied with the quote then simply call us back to arrange time for our engineer to commence to the work.

Faversham, KentAn extremely rude and aggressive engineer called today to do my boiler service. He tried to come in without either a mask or gloves and reluctantly pulled a bit of scarf up over his face when I insisted (I am shielding). From that moment on he was rude aggressive and uncooperative, refusing to take a cheque or discussing any aspects of the job with me. I found his attitude extraordinary and very intimidating. This is the first and last time I will be using Solaris.
