We're moving into a flat and need quotes for the following work in this 1900s building: 1. Testing, servicing and certificating the gas fire in the lounge on the first floor 2. Test and certificate as gas safe the boiler and the pipework from the gas meter in the entrance hall on the ground floor to the first floor property (may need an upgrade with electrical earth bonding) 3. Sleeving the gas pipes to protect them from corrosion (if found to be required) 4. Test and balance the central heating. Indicative costs based on the age and type of property would be ideal; keys are still with the Estate Agents, Hunters, for internal viewing.
