I have made an offer to buy a house in Kirkdale (L20 2HW) and I would like a plumbing check to take place on the house please before I sign any contract. The owner has said she will get the boiler checked. However, I would still like a general check on things such as water pressure and possible work that may be needed on the bathroom. Thanks, John
