We just bought our flat and need a general revision of: - The gas boiler. Hot water is too hot, very difficult to regulate and stops working after two minutes, we have to turn off the tap and open again for the boiler to restart. - The radiators. We would like to install TRVs on all of them. Also, the heated towel rail is not working. - Water pressure. It works well on some taps but not on others. - Blocked drain. Every time we use the washing machine or we fill the kitchen sink, water and dirt come out of the bath sink. - Not fully functioning toilet drain. Some paper and dirt remain after flushing.
