Hello, I have hot water coming out of all taps, but not from the shower unit. Currently, in December it is impossibly uncomfortable showering with cold water. Looking for quotes to investigate whether the shower unit: - mixer valve is faulty - anti-scald device is faulty or needs adjusting - the filter needs cleaning or replacing and fixing it so that the family could shower with hot/warm water during winter. The shower unit has two separate valves: a water flow valve and a hot/cold mix valve. The water mains master valve is located outside of the flat and should be working okay. We are on a budget this year, so reasonable quotes only, please. Thank you kindly. BR, ND
