About the Business
We started trading by undertaking jobbing building work in 1972 but began specialising in plumbing and heating in Highworth (Wiltshire) in the mid 1970′s. We currently have four plumbers/heating engineers and a part-time office worker who handles most of the calls from customers and assists with some of the clerical work. Whilst we do undertake small jobs for industrial and commercial clients, the vast majority of our work is in the domestic market.
Our largest client in the area is Minerva Property Management in Shrivenham, for whom we have undertaken over 2000 jobs! Because of our generally excellent reputation we hardly advertise, since around 94-95% of our jobs are from previous customers or as a result of their recommendation to others.
